He was predeceased by: his parent Carrol Spears. He is survived by: his mother Patty Cornwell (Jordan) of Fountain Run, KY; his daughter Morgan Spears of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Kelly Lasley (Everick) of Bowling Green, KY and Shawn D. Spears of Fountain Run, KY; and his nieces, DeVanee, Amaya and Hannah.
