With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delbert Birge of Fountain Run, Kentucky, who passed away on September 17, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Tom Birge and Ernie Lee Turner Birge; his siblings, Infant Evie Joyce Birge, Doris Lee Turner and Gerald Wayne Birge; and his granddaughter Bethany Birge.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Birge; his children, Dennis Eugene Birge, Jonathan Wayne Birge of Glasgow, KY, Mary Denise Henson (Todd) of Bowling Green, KY, Cathy Gillespie and Connie Sue Kirby (Mike White); his siblings, James Lester Birge, Ricky Gene Birge (Brenda), Tommy Dale Birge of Scottsville, KY, Danny Lee Birge (Carlan) of Glasgow, KY, Helen Marie Turner of Franklin, KY and Betty Ann Williams (Johnny) of Scottsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Ashlee King, Anthony, Shane King (Haley), Amanda Ragan (Jeremy), Caleb Hardison, Andrea Mattax (Luke), Chelsea Houston (Drew), Amy Birge (Billy), Meagan Birge, Brittany Gauthier (Zack) and Lee Birge. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; 8 bonus grandchildren and 5 bonus great grandchildren.
