He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alvis and Mertie Ann Morgan (Riggs); and his aunts and uncles, Hoover, Tommy, Cadel, Ray, Baxter Morgan, Bertie Riggs, Olene Disman and Annie Ray.
He is survived by: his aunt Dovie Marsh of Gamaliel, KY. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Clemons' memory may be made to Friends of Old Mulkey or White Oak Ridge Cemetery.
