He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Griffith; his children, Terry Adam Sebastian (Brandi), Erin Rachelle Bridgers (Kevin) and Josh Sebastian (Rachael); his brothers, Garry Sebastian and Willie Sebastian; and his grandchildren, McKenzie, McKaylee, Reed, Oliver, Jasper, Lincoln Sebastian, Serena, Payten, Connor, Katrina and Collin Bridgers.
