He was predeceased by: his parents, Led Knapp and Justine Henthorn Knapp; his brothers, Gary and Paul Knapp; his daughter-in-law Jean Knapp; and his brother-in-law Lowell Cottrell.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Fran Workman Knapp; his children, David Knapp and Jaye Lynn Hebel (Edward); his granddaughters, Sara, Ashley and Emily; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Connor, Leigh Lynn, Silas, Sully and Frankie; his sisters, Lena Cottrell and Mary Frances Timmons (Jon); and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Knapp and Loretta Knapp.
