She was predeceased by: her father Melburn White; her brothers, Merle, Bob and Bill White; and her former husband Edward Lee Cummins.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wayne Smith; her children, Rena Beth Jarrell (Tony) and Jason Edward Cummins (Misti); her stepdaughter Brandi Lynn Smith of Brooksville, KY.; and her grandchildren, Callie, Collin, Chloe Jarrell, Karson Lippert, Jhace, Aleah, Lynex and Edison Cummins. She is also survived by step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
