She was predeceased by: her father Charles B.; her husband Marvin "Jack" Ruf; her grandson J. C. Ruf; and her siblings, Bennie Jett, Clyde Jett, Glenn Jett, Floyd Jett, Katherine Persinger and Blanche Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Dickie Ruf (Lisa) of Brooksville, KY, Jerry Ruf (Cynthia) of Foster, KY, Barbara Habermehl (Billy Joe) of Dover, KY, Shirley Kay Clark of Foster, KY, Terry Ruf (Jennifer) of Brooksville, KY and William Ruf (Holly) of Foster, KY.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
