She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Hartzel of Foster, KY and Melanie Lynn Hartzel of Foster, KY; her daughter-in-law Michele Hartzel of Peach Grove, KY; her grandsons, Tyler Hartzel (Jennifer), Jacob Hartzel (Amanda) and Evan Hartzel (Bethany); her great grandchildren, Lane, Elsie and Zoey Hartzel; her sister Sherill Cooper; and her sister-in-law Mina Adkins of Williamsburg, KY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
