She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Barnett and Lula Holbrook Barnett; her spouse J. L. Combs; her son Granville Combs; and her brothers, Bobby Barnett and Ronnie Barnett.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Sue Combs of Foster, Linda Lou Mayfield of Foster, Jimmie Lee Combs (Becky) of Augusta, Lydia Margaret Combs of Foster and Christine Autry (Tim) of Milford, OH; and her siblings, Ray Barnett (Betty) of Somerset, Bert Barnett of Quicksand, Shirley Combs of Quicksand and Ruby Davidson of Quicksand. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; several great and great great grandchildren.
