She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Otis Smith and Edith Marie Barber Smith; her husband Norman Carr; her sisters, Jenny, Nancy and Janice; and her grandson Jason.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Carr (Vanessa) of Foster, KY, Danny Carr of Foster, KY and Guy Carr (Denise) of Foster, KY; and her siblings, Herbert Smith of Foster, KY, Shelby Flinchum of Alexandria, KY, Rosa Whalen of Cynthiana, KY and Laura Strong (Roy) of Crittenden, KY.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
