She was predeceased by: her father Clarence E. Allen. She is survived by: her mother Martha Conner Allen of Foster, KY; her husband David Scanlon; her sons, Josh Over of Florida, Nick McRoberts of Taylor Mill, KY and Billy Scanlon (Melina) of Alexandria, KY.; her grandchildren, Zander McRoberts, Devin McRoberts and Cecelia Scanlon; her brother Bill Starks (Cindy) of Foster, KY; her sister-in-law Mary Scanlon of Highland Heights, KY; her mother-in-law Dorothy Scanlon of Cold Spring, KY; and her pet Bodie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Bracken County Cancer Support or Hospice of Hope.
