She was predeceased by: her son Larry Dempsey. She is survived by: her husband Foster "Shorty" Corbin Dempsey; her son Ronnie Dempsey (Patty); her sister Marcelle Stewart; her grandchildren, Sherri Hollinsworth (John) and Amy Kovacs (Daniel); her great grandchildren, John A. Hollinsworth, Nichole Hollinsworth, Jacob L. Hollinsworth, Abby Sadler and Brian Sadler; and her nieces, Gardella Richards (Milton) and Sandra Noah (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
