It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Mae Badgley of Foster, Kentucky, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Nickoson and Callie Meyer Nickoson; her husband Joseph E. Badgley; and her brothers, William Nickoson and Albert Nickoson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Rigano (Charlie) of Florence, KY and Ruby Farmer (John) of La Quinta, CA.; her grandchildren, Trisha Hicks and Carla Rumford; her great grandchildren, Leslie Hicks, Catie Rose, Casey Hicks and Jonathan Rose; and her brother Hubert Nickoson.
