He is survived by: his wife Faye Jacobs Chinn; his sister Deeann Chinn Ruppert of Cynthiana, KY; his brothers-in-law, Paul Jacobs (Georgia) of Tennessee, William Jacobs of Cynthiana, KY and Charlie Hayes of Foster, KY; his nephews, Seth Florence (Lindsey), Corey Florence (Theresa Downey) and Scott Jacobs (Jenny); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor Florence, Camryn Florence, Audriana Jacobs, Kylie Ockerman, Jase Ockerman, Allie Jacobs and Lyndsey Jacobs.
