He was predeceased by: his stepson John Menkhaus; and his brothers, Mike and Rick Campbell. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Campbell of Fort Myers, FL; his stepson Tim Menkhaus of Cincinnati; and his former wife Linda Campbell.
