He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Karrick and Grace Karrick; and his siblings, Lisa Clifford, Sandy Beck, Jack Karrick and Dan Karrick.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Zimmerman and Jim Karrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Agnes Church, 1680 Dixie Highway, Fort Wright, KY 41011.
