She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Cook (Diane) of Ludlow, James Cook (Marie) of Edgewood and John Cook (Amy) of Erlanger; and her sister Margaret Osterman (Frank) of Arizona. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
