She was predeceased by: her parents, William Middendorf and Emma Middendorf; and her siblings, Ralph, Dorothy Byrne and Jean Doellman.
She is survived by: her child Julaine; and her siblings, Julaine, Jerry Middendorf, Donna McMurrer and Paula Wood. She is also survived by Sister also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
