He was predeceased by: his father Edward. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Hunkemoeller; his daughter Christina Lauer (Krista); his mother Judy; his sisters, Ann Wright (Terry), Laura Boggs (Curt) and Gail Lawlor (Jim); and his uncle Jim Hamberg (Joyce). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
