She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brady and Laura Ellen Bonzo Lewis; her husband Will Ed Phillips; and her sister Kathleen Lewis Hinton. She is survived by: her son John E. Phillips (Elsie) of Ft Wright; her granddaughter Bethany; her great grandchild Elizabeth of Ludlow; her niece Suzanne Dezern (Ray) of Hartfield, VA; and her grandson Dwayne Hampton of Cincinnati.
