He is survived by: his wife Frances Matracia Ruark; and his children, Richard Ruark (Holly), Joe Ruark (Terri), Ann Flood (Jim), Mary Nestheide (Jim) and Sue McLeod (Don). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
