He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elaine Fieger; his children, Suzanne Van Niman, Victoria Tanen (Andrew), Christine Stromatt, Steven Van Niman (Elizabeth) and Christopher Van Niman (Emily); his stepchildren, Mary Beth Woods (Jim), Amy Flay (Ronald), Charles Fieger (Linda), Michael Fieger (Becky) and Kevin Fieger (Angie); and his siblings, Kempton Van Niman (Colette) and Cathy Herod (Rick). He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
