He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Griffith and Darlene Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Ryan Smith and Katie Smith; his sister Caroline Smith; and his grandparents, Susan Griffith and James A. Smith (Cindy). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, sympathy is suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
