She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Salyers and America Tyler Salyers; her husband James Patrick "Pat" Mulligan; her son Timothy James Mulligan; her siblings, Karen Brown, Jack Salyers and Donald Salyers; and her son-in-law Rick Schroeder.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Schroeder of Edgewood and Patrick James Mulligan of Forest Park, Ohio; her sister Maggie Neagle (Andy) of Union; her grandchildren, Matt Schroeder (Anne), Jennifer Jones (Josh), Christopher Schroeder (Cori) and Laura Meyers (Wes); and her great grandchildren, Kara, Ellie and Juliette.
