With solemn reverence, we commemorate Therese Jane Breitenstein of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, whose life came to an end on March 25, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hartman and Joan Hartman. She is survived by: her husband Dave; her daughter Leslie; her son-in-law Chad; her grandchildren, Jordan, Paige, Carson and Adrian (AJ); her pet Chloe; and her siblings, Anne Morrow, Caroline Gruner, Margie Ison (Jon), Patty Mahan, Barb Robke (Tom), Steve Hartman, Greg Hartman (Jerry), Laura Evans (Richard), Joni Geiger (Pat) and Chrissy Collins. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Bernard Church (401 Berry St, Dayton, KY 41074). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the St. Stephens Cemetery (1523 Alexandria Pike # A, Fort Thomas, KY 41075).

In lieu of flowers, Therese requests donations be made to St. Bernard Catholic Church (Upkeep and other parish ministries.).
