He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sprague (DeHof); his children, Stacey Rust (Chris) and Sean Sprague (Mindy); his siblings, Susan Enslen (Ron), Jeff Sprague (Linda), Jay Sprague (Kim) and Barb (DeHof); his brother-in-law Rick Hardin; his grandchildren, Sawyer, Chay, Connor, Curtis and Sophia; and his close friends, Debbie Brock (Mendall) and Tim Yelton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
