He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Conor and Shayna (Max Neverman); his grandchildren, Bennett, Bodhi and Sloane; his sisters, Cathy Crowley and Mary "Peach" Milburn (Bill); and his nephews, James and Nick Milburn.
