He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Sarakatsannis and Melanthia Sarakatsannis; and his brothers, James, Leon, George and Chris.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Sarakatsannis (Julie) of Fort Thomas, Katina Barth of Fort Thomas and Mark Sarakatsannis (Stephanie) of Independence; his brother Spiros Sarakatsannis of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings-in-law, Ron Meyer (Debbie) of Fort Worth, TX, Marcie Winter (Tim) of Melbourne, Marie Sarakatsannis and Mary Ann Sarakatsannis-Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Demetri, Sophia, Eva Sarakatsannis, Zoie, Zachary Barth, Xarek and Analei Sarakatsannis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
