He was predeceased by: his son Trevor; his parents, Paul Gettys and Emorillis Gettys; and his brothers, Paul and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Travis (Julie) and Rafe (Casey); his grandchildren, Samson, Sasha, Cali and Lili; and his siblings, Pat (Marilyn), Jane Montgomery (Steve) and Joyce Wagner (Mike). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Fort Thomas Mess Hall (801 Cochran Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075).
