We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 83, Leah Marie Geisen of Fort Thomas, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard and Tinie. She is survived by: her sister Mary Chapman; and her children, Darrell Hacker, George Geisen IV, Gary Geisen (Jody), Ladonna Butler (Paul), Ruth Harvey, Karen Geisen and Theresa McGillis (Sarah). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
