He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Whitehead and Lois Whitehead; and his former wife Judy Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his stepchildren, Justin Reutter, Theo Reutter, David Houser (Jess Fitzsimmons) and Anna Houser; his siblings, Donald Lee Whitehead (Melanie), Ernie Whitehead, Lorena Ricca and Ruth Wilson; and his grandchildren, Skyler and Amelia. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces & nephews, and beloved friends.
