He is survived by: his wife Martha Lew Glatthaar (Pierce); his daughters, Sandy Rolf (Kevin), Cindy Heckman (late Harvey), Pam Read (Kelly), Angie Smorey (Greg) and Amy Sloan (Jeff); his siblings, Jim Glatthaar (Gelaine) and Jan Glatthaar; and his sister-in-law Kitty Glatthaar.
