He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hardesty and Marilyn Hardesty. He is survived by: his brother Michael Hardesty (Sheri); his nieces, Michelle Hardesty, Stephanie Hardesty, Rachel Hardesty and Regan Thomas; and his nephew Logan Noppenberger.
Memorials are suggested to the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Museum.
