It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Chandler (Fort Thomas, Kentucky), who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Chandler; her daughter Norma Robinson; and her parents, James Vessing and Elizabeth Vessing. She is survived by: her children, Robert Chandler, Charles Chandler (Crystal), Debbie Haggard (Gary) and Angela Rose; and her sister Lemma Cullum. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
