He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Prather and Janice E. Prather. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Nick (Megan), Austin Prather and Kelly Rawe (Ben); his grandchildren, Clementine, Amelia, Valencia, Ellis, Mirabelle, Louise, Clover and Marian; his sister Kim McMahon (Jeff); and his cousin Steve Twehues (Julie).
