We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2023, at the age of 68, Daniel Joseph Courtade of Fort Thomas, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Courtade and Eileen Courtade (Hauptman); and his siblings, Billy Courtade, Maureen and Colleen Courtade.

He is survived by: his wife Bradie Courtade (Bowen); his children, Gabriel Joseph, Noah Michael, Ryan Courtade (Francesca), Patty Fultz (Matt) and Nicole Courtade; his grandchildren, Dean, Betty and Hannah; and his siblings, Joe (Judy), Mike Courtade (Kelly), Mel Callan (Joe), Siobhan Schroth, Christine Herzog and Patty Culligan (Jim).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Daniel J. Courtade Scholarship at The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, 601 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14642 or the American Heart Association, 9825 Kenwood Rd., Blue Ash, OH 45242.
