He is survived by: his children, Patty Muench (Greg), William Dempsey (Carolyn) and Charles Dempsey (Patty); and his siblings, Johnny Dempsey (Alice), Clyde Dempsey (Marcia), Jerry Dempsey (Debbie) and Audrey Kissinger (late Bill). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
