He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Smith and Ruby Smith; and his sister Elizabeth Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Irene Smith; his stepchildren, Eric Mulheisen (Corrine), Kevin Mulheisen (Tammy), Michael Mulheisen (Christina) and Christina Duncan; and his brothers, James Smith, Ronald Smith and Rick Smith. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
