She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Dunn and Lela David Dunn; her son Michael "Yogi" Smalley; and her brothers, Kenneth Dunn and Roy Dunn.
She is survived by: her son Keith Smalley (Etta) of Brookville, Indiana; her siblings, Linda Dunn of Bromley, Larry Dunn (Anita) of Villa Hills and Jimmy Dunn (Gladys) of Villa Hills; and her grandchildren, Tina Donahue (Jimmy), Brandon Smalley (Ronda), Timmy Hoffman, Amanda Smalley and Matthew Smalley. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
