He was predeceased by: his fiancée Connie Jackson; his brother Mark Hensley; and his parents, Charlie Hensley and Shirley Hensley. He is survived by: his sister Dotti Hensley of Ft. Mitchell; his niece Tori Duncan (Danny) of Independence; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chandler, Claire, Remington and Brayden.
