She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Layton and Alyce Allen; her husband Adrian; and her brother Robert Allen. She is survived by: her children, Carter (Heather) and Adrienne Baker (Richard); and her grandchildren, Henry and Caroline Thompson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cincinnati Opera or The Cincinnati Women's Club.
