Mitchell and Brian Lightner (Leisa Hammons) of Florence; her brothers, Rick Harris (Renee) of Ft. Wright and Tom Harris (Donna) of Florence; her grandchildren, Chris Lightner (Taylor), Stephen Coghlan, Cody Lightner and Hailey Lightner; and her great grandchildren, Ruby Ratliff and Zane Lightner. She is also survived by 4 stepsons and several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
