Whitehead of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, born in Newport, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 23, 2024 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Whitehead and Marie Sauter Whitehead; and his siblings, James, Francis, Ralph, Sister Mary Isabella, Rosemary Lotz, Virginia Stenken, Ruth Baumann and Bernice Hehman.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Kuchle Whitehead; his children, Mary Carol Flynn (Scott) and Chris Whitehead (Maria); and his grandchildren, Katie Leavens (Harrison) and Patrick Flynn (Alisha).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017). A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (2409 Dixie Hwy, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John Cemetery (1 St Johns Rd, Fort Mitchell, KY 41011).
