He is survived by: his brother Philip Ernst (Shiela); his niece Kelly; his sister Connie Baugh (John); his nieces and nephews, John Baugh (Stacey), Heather Minnich (Mike), Shawna Eitel and Dean Ernst; and his brother Michael Ernst.
