She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cook and Wilma Cook (Sharr); and her sister Shirley Doud. She is survived by: her children, Patty Goforth (Hank) and James Staubach (Candy); her siblings, Joan Harrison and William Cook (Kathy); her grandchildren, Evan Staubach (Danielle), Rachelle Staubach, Amberlie Buckner, Michael Staubach (Alexis) and Amanda Fossitt (Harley); and her great grandchildren, Ava, Henry and Wynter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
