He was predeceased by: his parent Otto Tilburg; and his brother Otto "Bus" Tilburg. He is survived by: his parent Bertha Jordan Tilburg; his spouse Judi Lias; his children, Jim Tilburg of Fort Knox and Bobbi VanDame (Scott) of Naples; and his brother James Tilburg of Kane.

Memorial donations may be made to the Lutheran Home at Kane, 100 High Point Dr., Kane, Pa. 16735 or the McKean County SPCA, 80 Glenwood Ave., Bradford, Pa. 16701.
