He is survived by: his wife Ethel Best Gardner; his children, Terry Gardner (Monisa), Daryl Gardner (Anita), Jackie Gardner and Tony Gardner (Lori); and his siblings, Archie Gardner (Katherine) and Louise Devore. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
