Turner, Sr (Joann) of Fort Knox, KY, Aaron E. P. Turner, Sr (Shondale) of Cincinnati, OH, Kevin C. Turner, Sr of Norfolk, VA, Donna D. Smalls (Carl) of Radcliff, KY and Lisa E. Turner (J. P. Parker) of Radcliff, KY; and his siblings, Michael D. Turner, Sr of Newark, NJ, Dwight A. Turner, Sr. of Cincinnati, OH and Yvette M. Turner of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
