It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla Gerkey of Fort Knox, Kentucky, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Christina Spaulding; her father Edward Lee Batts; and her brother Randy Batts. She is survived by: her husband Everett Wayne Gerkey (Knott); her daughter Jennifer Lynn Batts; her grandchildren, Brandon, Taylor, Brooklyn Batts, Erica Fletcher, Devin Pack and Austin Spaulding; her great grandchildren, Harper Ratliff and Tanner Lee Batts; her stepsons, Cody Gerkey and Mark Knott; and her mother Pat Worrell.
