He is survived by: his mother Anna Lee Thompson (Bowling) of Raccoon, KY; his wife Rhonda Collins of Forest Hills; his son Michael Boyd Thompson (Andrea) of Prestonsburg, KY; his stepchildren, Nicholas Smith of Forest Hills, KY and Hannah Daugherty (Colby) of Forrest Hills, KY; and his grandchildren, Norah Marie Tompson, Veyda Leigh Thompson, Baron Michael Thompson and Addilyn Grace Daugherty.
